"V'AMO" Music House offers qualified conductors guest conducting appearances with chamber, mid-sized, and large symphony orchestras.
Conductors have different reasons for wanting to engage such groups: some need their first experience at a professional level; others may want to better prepare for a conducting competition or gain more confidence as a guest conductor; still others decide to prepare for an important audition, etc. Regardless of the reason, "V'AMO" music house matches a conductor's demands with a placement with a professional orchestra in central or eastern Europe.

Conductors generally receive three or four standard rehearsals, a dress rehearsal, and a concert before the local public. You may bring your own soloist or soloists if you wish (pending approval of the orchestra) to bring down the overall cost. "V'AMO" Music House arranges and oversees all transportation, accommodation and logistical details. Video and audio recording and press reviews are optional.

"V'AMO" Music House offers qualified conductors engagements/placements with professional opera companies. These usually include: a cast rehearsal with Korrepetitor; separate orchestra and chorus rehearsals; a dress rehearsal; and a fully-staged public performance sung in the work's original language (a Sitzprobe is sometimes included). Performances are currently available in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Romania and Serbia.

To bring down costs, conductors have the option of bringing one or several outstanding vocal artists who would like to sing a principal role in the performance. These artists are subject to the review and approval of the respective opera house.

Most of these productions and stagings are of the standard Italian and French repertoire with a few titles in German and Russian also possible. Coaching is available for conductors and singers before or during the engagements with the best conductors, vocal coaches, and Korrepetitoren in the respective countries/regions. A limited number of assistant conductor positions are available each season for new productions in opera theaters in central and eastern Europe.
Time commitments range from three to six weeks, during which the assistant would rehearse all elements (orchestra, chorus, cast) of a new production in collaboration with the production's principal conductor and stage director.
He or she would then conduct one or two complete performances after the production's opening night.

Qualified conductors are invited to inquire about a very limited number of assistant and associate and conductor placements offered through V'AMO Music house. Conductors work with an orchestra in central or eastern Europe for a fixed period of time - from two to four months or more. During this time, the conductor is guaranteed (by contract) a fixed number of rehearsals and concerts with the orchestra as well as private coaching sessions with the orchestra's chief conductor.

An important requirement for these positions is that a conductor first take part in a mastercourse for conducting competiton produced by V'AMO Music house. Only after we know a conductor's capabilities from first-hand observation and experience can we determine what kind of assistant or associate position, if any, we can provide. Qualified vocal artists may engage either a symphony orchestra or  opera company in central or eastern Europe. Almost any repertoire is possible with a symphony orchestra subject to the orchestra's approval and the repertoire's availability.These engagements may also be combined with recording sessions -- audio and/or video.

Operatic artists may also wish to gain experience with a professional opera company in a principal role. A limited number of opportunites are available. Please inquire at: nesymphony@mail.bg

Qualified instrumental soloists (piano, violin, cello, clarinet, etc.)  may engage a professional orchestra in central or eastern Europe through V'AMO Music House. You would work with the orchestra's chief conductor or another professional conductor for your concert.
